How can I contact you?

You can send all questions to info@hausbyhaus.com and we'll answer them as fast as possible.

How long does it take to receive the order?

Because every pieces is handcrafted we ship it within 14 days but mostly quicker. Add on the shipping - this depends on where you're located.

How can I use my free rose code after my first order?

After your first order you'll get a discount code to get a free rose (keychain or necklace) to your next order. Just put it in the basket when checking out, fill in the discount code and you'll see it will appear as for free. If there are any problems with discount codes please reach out to us and we will figure it out together.

Where I can shop the pieces in person?

We plan Pop Ups regularly so you have the opportunity to shop in person. Other than that we're working on having pieces in stores - we'll keep you up to date! If you're a store owner and want to work with us please reach out at info@hausbyhaus.com, x!
